Callie Roos is an ordained minister, with a BA degree,
a BD degree and a Post-Graduate diploma in Theology.
With his unique blend of experience as a field guide,
outdoor specialist and army survival instructor, and
later as military chaplain, pastor and community leader,
he transforms people, their relationship and the way
they do business. During South Africa's landmark democratisation,
Callie played a pivotal role in the redesign and restructuring
of the South African National Defence Force, with special
emphasis on designing and facilitating a new organizational
culture. Callie is a master at closing the gap between
individual purpose and meaning, and professional business
strategies, showing business leaders how to manage by
values.
Wanda Bierman has been a human resources development
practitioner since the early 80's. From her humble beginning
as a training assistant, she climbed the corporate ladder
to become the Executive Director for Training and Development
with the biggest metropolitan council in South Africa,
where she was responsible for the training and development
of some 3 000 employees at all levels. In 1999 she set
up practice as an independent training consultant. She
has three degrees: in law, training management, and
a master's degree in Personal and Professional Leadership,
which she obtained Cum Laude. Wanda is a coach, facilitator,
and trainer, focussing on Interpersonal Skills, Customer
Care Programmes and Leadership Development.
Erika du Plessis is a dynamic and highly motivated
person, driven by her passion to share her knowledge
with people and make a difference in their lives. She
has a masters degree in Organisation Development from
RAU and a Higher Education Diploma, also from RAU. After
completion of her internship in the teaching profession,
she joined Eskom from 1985 as a Psychometrist in the
recruitment department.
From there her experience escalated and includes training,
train-the-trainer, customer satisfaction, mentoring
and coaching, performance management, OD specialist,
leadership and team focus, people development and as
a facilitator across a wide variety of fields for the
next 15 years. In 1998 she decided to pursue her dream
to bring about meaningful transformation in companies
through focusing on the value that people add to organizations
to achieve organisational objectives.
Strategic Processes, and then Grownet Consulting -
OD and training company was established, with the main
focus being growing organisations through growing their
people. The combined business and life experience of
this people-person, as well as her diverse interests,
makes for a highly creative and dynamic force behind
the drive and desire to bring value to people and their
organization.
She is a fully trained coach, mentor, trainer and qualified
assessor, and has had great success in developing and
growing people across all levels of the organisation,
developing their team potential, leadership, people
and communication skills.
Through her networking, as well as her theoretical
business, practical and interpersonal expertise, she
is able to provide diverse solutions to achievers who
has the wish to increase their own potential and capacity
for effective working relationships and efficiency within
the organisation. Erika has successfully contributed
to change processes in companies such as the AA, Harmony
Gold, BRPM, Anglo Field Services, Standard Bank(Western
Gauteng and Limpopo), Denel, Prosperity Health(South
Africa and Africa) to mention a few.
Alette van Zyl is a Training and Development Consultant
who has specialised in the field of Human Resources
Development for 19 years. She has completed her Honours
Degree in Social Sciences (1990) as well as her Honours
degree in Human Resources Development (1994). She then
obtained a Masters Degree in Personal and Professional
Leadership at RAU (Cum Laude) in 2000. She is also a
qualified and licensed facilitator of the internationally
acclaimed course: "7 Habits of Highly Effective People"
for Franklin Covey Southern Africa.
She specialises in facilitating the broad spectrum
of emotional intelligence and all its aspects for various
companies. Since she started as an independent consultant
in 2003, she has gained experience in a wide range of
companies, such as ABSA, Nedbank, Standard bank, Anglo
Gold, De Loitte, Sasol, Exxaro, Tata, Discovery, Stanlib,
Investec, Southern Sun and many more. Alette obtained
the qualification of National Assessor, and has an incredible
passion and true commitment to the development of people
on all levels. She has excellent experience in the Public
as well as Private sector with regards to the Training
and Development of people.
Her facilitation experience includes Secretarial- and
Frontline staff training, Management- and Organisational
development, Personal motivation and Self Development,
Team Building, Emotional Intelligence and many more.
She has completed her qualification as an Executive
Business and Life coach, and practices this powerful
tool in individual and group development and empowerment
in many organisations.
She is head of coaching at the Wholeness Centre of
the Mosaiek church in Fairland Johannesburg where she
also presents parent guidance workshops, and acts as
a spiritual coach. She sees her career as her calling
and her passion. The development of each unique person
is her main source of significance and energy!
