SHIFT DEVELOPMENT™


	Shift Development(Pty) Ltd, (previously known as Quixotic Training and Consulting (Pty) ltd.) has a recorded provided accreditation status (decision number 0296, Dec 2002), and is currently in the process of achieving accreditation at the SETQAA (Service Education & Training Quality Assurance Authority).

OVERVIEW

As a professional provider of training & development services and products, we strive to confirm to all required Government Legislation through the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and fully support the objectives of the NQF as outlined in the SQAA act No. 58 of 1995:

To create an integrated national framework for learning achievements;
Facilitate access to, and mobility and progression with in educaion, training and career paths;
Enhance the quality of education and training;
Accelerate the redress of past unfair discrimination in education, training and employment opportunities:
Contribute to the full personal development of each learner and the social and economic development of the nation at large.

Shift Development was evaluated by the Services Education and Training Quality Assurance Authority (SETQAA), to determine if Shift Development is effectively providing quality education and traning to learners within the context of the National Qualifications Framework.

The SETQAA used eight quality indicators to raise their opinion to evaluate Shift Development .
The following is extracts from a report on the evaluation of Shift Development undertaken by the SETQAA, endorsed by the Services SETA plenary.

Based on the outcome of the above national evaluation conducteed by the Services Education and Training Quality Authority (SETQAA), Shift Development received Institutional accreditation (decision no 0296) in December 2002.
