Elsa van der Merwe is a facilitator, coach, workshop
leader, qualified assessor and transformation consultant
with the instinctive ability to connect with an audience
through her professional yet, down-to-earth approach.
She displays an intuitive ability to read individuals
and radiates an innate energy that engages people in
group dynamics.
Elsa holds two BA Honors degrees in Social Work (1996,
RAU) and Psychology (1998, RAU) and a Master degree
in Personal and Professional Leadership Development
(Cum-Laude, 2001 RAU).
Shift Development (Pty) Ltd. was born 15 years ago
where Elsa's experience escalated to now specialise
in the fields of Leadership and Management Development,
Change Management, People Development, Coaching and
Mentoring and Team Development.
Elsa is connected through a network of fellow facilitators,
trainers, coaches and speakers that are all qualified
in their respective fields of expertise. They all represent
independent business and bring a wealth of expertise
and passion to any organisational development intervention.
