Our assertiveness course was designed for every person
that wants to know a lot more about his or her attitude
and assertiveness style. This 2-day process will help
you to have the knowledge and the tools on how to transfer
energy that may have been bound into non-constructive
behaviour into assertive, productive behaviours. It
will give you the confidence to challenge your mental
frameworks that currently might limit your thinking
and your acceptance of yourself and others. You will
understand the true meaning of terms like attitude,
assertiveness, aggression and self-esteem. Finally,
this workshop will also assist you in releasing the
latent power within you, to learn to stand up for yourself
within standing someone else down!
