Stress is expensive in terms of wasted time, money,
productivity and intellectual investment. The escalating
cost of stress related illnesses has an often stealthy,
but devastating impact. It emphasises the mounting urgency
for companies to act proactively by helping managers
and employees to manage their stress.
It is a fact - stress is an inescapable, debilitating
reality of modern life! Therefore we need to take action
to become productive, empowered individuals. The key
to effective stress management is to give delegates
the tools to channel their old, ineffective, problem-orientated
paradigms into a new vision-orientated, solution-driven
approach towards life.
Manage your stress, or else it WILL manage you.
